It’s been an exciting year for us! Being inducted into the Tourism Hall of Fame earlier this year for winning the Ecotourism category for 3 years running for our brunswick river cruise and Eco Kayak Cruise & SUP tours and now recognition of 10 years as an Advanced Ecotourism business.
Byron Bay Eco Cruises & Kayaks has achieved Green Travel Leader status, for being Ecotourism Australia certified for 10 years. We are now in the top 40% of the longest serving members of Ecotourism Australia, and it demonstrates our consistent commitment to delivering sustainable tourism experiences which foster environmental and cultural understanding, appreciation and conservation. We’re proud of achieving this milestone.

Since moving the cruises to the Brunswick River we have won many awards and have done our best to be part of the community and give back to the river by doing river cleanups and supporting local events. In 2018 we purchased a second river boat Jasmine to allow more passengers to relax and enjoy the beautiful river on our eco rainforest river cruise. Our Brunswick River Cruise and Eco Kayak Cruise & SUP tours are now one of the top 10 things to do in Byron Bay and surrounds.
